Institute for Bolder Healthcare

The Institute for Bolder Healthcare, is organized and shall be operated

exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 

501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The specific purposes and objectives 

of the corporation shall include but not be limited to the following:

•  To create a national healthcare and social service learning environment; 

•  To support both teaching and learning opportunities for those who address the needs of the underserved; 

•  To build internal capacity within health care provider organizations with a long term goal of providing healthcare and teaching opportunities simultaneously to those who need it most; 

•  To positively impact the hearts, minds and outcomes of organizations that provide healthcare in the United States with every intention of making public health the Jewel in the Crown of American Medicine.
